1. Semi Automatic Auger Filler Servo Model Load Cell Based: Suitable to fill fine powders like talcum powder, flour, jaggery powder, toner powder, etc.
- This machine has servo based motor where you can control the degree of rotation of the motor that controls the filling screw making it accurate and efficient.
- while the whole control panel is in PLC HMI (i.e. basically a program logic is feed like a computer and a touchscreen based mechanism is set up to operate the program easily) making it user friendly.
- The Material is transferred in the hopper.
- As per the settings the machine will fill the product in the pouches.

2. Band Sealer: Band sealing machine has a heating system that moves the pouch forward while sealing it at the same time.
- Once the pouches are filled you can directly place them on the band sealer.
- Band Sealer will seal the pouches with the help of a heating system.
- Giving a strong seal of 10mm securing your product and making it tamper proof.
