Next Packaging Machinery's Semi Auto 4 Roller Screw Capping Machine is designed to apply screw on caps on the containers, bottles or jars. The Four roller system is used to securely tighten the screw caps applying even pressure from all side. Adjustable from 15-50mm in Diameter making it easy to use various containers in the range size in single machine, giving a production of 900-1000 capping/Hour this machine is suitable for small and medium scale production.

Working: 1. The machine has 2 settings a manual mode is given for unskilled labor to get accustomed with the machine.
2. In Manual Mode the bottle is placed with the caps below the head, a footswitch is pressed and the bottle is sealed.
3. Once the labor is accustomed you can run the machine on automatic mode.
4. In Automatic Mode the roller head will move up and down on continuous rhythm according to the set time.
5. The labor needs to place cap on the bottle and place the bottle exactly below the sealing head to secure the caps tightly.
6. Even due its 4 roller mechanism caps of different shapes also work in this machine like flip top screw caps, long spout pouch caps, etc.
