1. Semi Automatic Pneumatic Paste/Liquid Filler Block Type: Suitable to fill liquid as well as paste in a single machine even for the product with small particles and customization available for products as thick as chyavanprash.
- The product is poured in hopper.
- Keep the pouch exactly below the filling nozzle.
- If the machine is on the automatic mode the sensor will sense the pouch and automatically dispense the product.
- On manual mode the material will get dispensed if a foot switch is pressed.

2. Band Sealer: The band sealer has a heating system that seals the pouch
- Once the pouches are filled you can directly place them on the band sealer.
- The pouches will be sealed with the help of a heating system giving a strong seal of 10mm securing your product and making it tamper proof.
