Easy Pre-length Adjustment
Unlike other machines where sensors need to be adjusted manually according to the label length of the specific product, our highly advanced sticker labelling machine has been programmed with a special software which automatically detects the label's length. You just need to feed the pre-length of your label via the digital panel. Moreover, the sensor is fixed and offers ease of operation to its users.
HMI Touch Screen Panel
The next advanced feature we provide to facilitate our clients is HMI Touchscreen Panel, where the user can feed variety of inputs for variety of products. Also, the operator can adjust the labelling speed for each variety. For instance, if a firm has 4-5 different-sized products, we have programmed our machine in such a manner that you can give a specific programme number to each type of product, say Program No. 1, 2.
Under each programmed, you can set the pre-length (like 2mm or 3mm) and labelling speed for a specific product and save it. Similarly, you can do save such programs for other products as well. Later on, you have to just select the program number accordingly and you're ready to go! Use this hi-tech feeding system of programming and feel care free! No need to input the data time and again as its special in-built software has storage capacity of 12 programmes (by default).
