Other products which can be filled using our next-gen manual paste filling machine include Milk, Lassi, Sugar Syrup, Hand Sanitizer, Maskara, Handwash, Dish wash, Tomato Ketchup and others. Our system is equipped with advanced NRV (non return valves) so that the product should not have any solid particles. NRVs ensure no dripping & exact volume each time. When handle is pulled upwards manually, the material from the hopper is sucked into the syringe. When pressed downwards, the handle with the help of NRV, ejects the material through nozzle.
For products having some solid particles, we offer other models. Thanks to its tri-clamp fittings, this is being offered at reasonable price. Contact body parts (Nozzles, Syringe, Hopper) have been made up of SS 304, while the lower coloured portion has been designed with Mild Steel. Also available in full stainless steel structure, on special request from our clients. Various sizes & designs of nozzles are available to fill into jars, containers, bottles, tubes, cans, test tubes and others.
Easy to Dismantle & Reassemble:
This liquid paste filling machine is extremely easy to dismantle for cleaning purposes. Hardly it takes 30 to 60 seconds unlike other available machines which consume over 10-15 mins of your precious time. When it comes to reassembling the parts, the machine's sturdy design is unparalleled just taking 1-2 mins as we stress on optimal utilisation of resources.

TIn case of products like Balm, Jam, Jelly which are to be filled only when they are hot, Next Packaging also offers a customizable model as per the specifications of our customers.
In the customized model, hopper is fully jacketed (extra layers added) to ensure smooth filling of liquids and semi-liquids. The provided hi-tech panel enables the user to set the required temperature say 80°, while the sensors monitor the real-time temperature in order to prevent any mishap. Stirrer is also provided as part of this machine model, so that heat gets evenly distributed.
