Working:
The operator has to manually place the wads into the caps and seal them onto the bottle. Then after adjusting the timer for sealing, the user has to hold the capper over the bottle or jar to get it sealed 100% accurately. The main advantage of this machine is that there is NO SURFACE HEAT for sealing the caps. After opening the container, the cardboard or EPE foam backing separates from the aluminium foil and remains in the lid. The aluminium foil prevents tampering and the backing provides an excellent secondary sealing.
