Working :
Initially, the loading tray would be filled with empty capsules and then the same is placed in bed. Then, operate cam handle to separate capsules cap from body. After placing powder tray, fill the accurate quantity and spread with scraper, after that there is a pin plate using that powder in the capsule is pressed or settled, then the separated capsule tray is put back and locked. The capsule are ready. Next Packaging also provides automatic capsule loader for fast loading.
