To start the packing, you just need to set the height according to the sealing dye. As a thumb rule, leave a gap of nearly 10mm between the dye and heater plate. Then, also the operator needs to set the temperature as well according to the nature of blister and paper. Subsequently, fill the products and place the blister under the plate. Press the handle for 3-4 seconds accordingly and the pack is ready! In short, our premium packaging machine uses heat and pressure via a die in order to form the pocket from the roll or plastic sheet.
