In certain conditions, this stainless steel variant can be used to fill powder even in the pouches. But the powder to be filled must not be too fine or oily. Working:
Before filling, the operator has to manually adjust the vibratory feeder of the machine as per the quantity of the granules to be filled so that pre-set quantity can be filled in an accurate and precise manner. Quantity per pack has also to be determined in advance. Then, press the 'Start' Button and place the pack under the dispensing nozzle wherein on the pressing of foot switch, the machine will fill the pack with material.
