Next Packaging's high-quality Full Automated SCREW Capping Machine is primarily used to seal several types of products like water bottles, soda bottles, pharma syrup bottles, and many other types of bottles which has Plastic screw caps etc.

Being a fully automated unit, this variant is well suited for those units having relatively larger production scale as well as working hours as it offers the standard speed of 20 to 30 bottles per minute (BPM), thereby reducing the need of labour to a large extent. Its sturdy construction and ergonomic design enhances both efficiency as well as productivity. The model also has a bottle guide for aligning the bottle to the center of head, while its base has silicon rubber to bear the pressure. It is also extremely convenient to change over part of one cap size to another. Even you can adjust the height of the capping head in accordance with different heights of bottles.

Working:
Bottles need to be placed on the conveyor then it will move into the star wheel & rest all is automated! Bottles pick up caps one by one from delivery chute, then, the sealing heads hold bottle’s neck with the required pressure, and the sealing takes place in a programmed manner, with accurate positioning of the caps. The sealed bottles are discharged by star wheel on conveyors itself. Usually offered in single-head, we also provide this variant with 2, 4, 6 or 8 head models as well.
