With high speed, this machine has been designed to be user-friendly having single-point control access and different frequency drives. Usually offered in the standard version of 60 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) speed, our company also offers this variant with 120, 180 and 240 BPM in order to cater to your needs so that you can fast-track the production. Its overhead unit holds the bottle from the top to ensure proper labelling on both sides. And the spacer helps in maintaining the required space between two bottles to have effective labelling.
The labelling head has been designed for maximum label height of 150 mm. (Customizable as per requirement) The advanced product sensor detects the product and transmits the signal to PLC, while the label sensor helps in dispensing the label by detecting the gap between 2 labels. Another advanced feature we provide to facilitate our clients is HMI colour Touchscreen Panel, where the user can feed variety of inputs for variety of products. Also, the operator can adjust the labelling speed for each variety. For instance, if a firm has 4-6 different-sized products, we have programmed our machine in such a manner that you can give a specific programme number to each type of product, say Programme No. 1, 2, 3, 4.
