Next Packaging Machinery's External High Table Vacuum Sealer is a versatile machine that can flush nitrogen, create vacuum and can also be used to just seal the pouch. Ideal for Medium scale production suitable for industries like food, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Structure and Working: This machine is available in 500 and 600mm model, while the body is available in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. Nitrogen Flushing Arrangement is attached to flush gases (that doesn't react with most components) that replaces the oxygen (mainly gives life to bacteria and micro-organisms that spoils the food). The Vacuum system sucks the air out of the pouches and seals them giving more life to the product as compared to the original life.

Working : 1. You need to place the pouch.
2. There is a nozzle that goes under the pouch.
3. The nozzle is where nitrogen flush and vacuuming is done.
4. Once the pouch is placed properly, press the foot switch that will release the sealing Jaw.
5. The Sealing Jaw seals the pouch after the gas flushing or vacuuming.

This Machine is especially used for increasing the shelf life of the products that are perishable, mostly for food items like Grains, Pulses, Paneer, etc.
