Based on the electromagnetic induction heating principle, it produces instant high heat to adhere the melted aluminium foil sheet to the bunghole of a bottle. The sealing material of the container may be

Working:
After adjusting the conveyor speed as per the heating required by the container and placing the wads into the caps & sealing them onto the bottles, the user has to place the bottles one by one on the conveyor belt to get it sealed 100% accurately. The bottles will receive the electromagnetic radiations and get ejected from the other side after sealing.

The main advantage of this machine is that there is NO SURFACE HEAT for sealing the caps. After opening the container, the cardboard or EPE foam backing separates from the aluminium foil and remains in the lid. The aluminium foil prevents tampering and the backing provides an excellent secondary sealing.
