Next Packaging's Fully Automatic Top Labelling Machine is primarily used to label the top surface of the products like Mono cartons, label on top of caps, pouches etc and other small-sized products. With a compact design, the top self-adhesive labelling machine is extremely easy to maintain as well as operate. Its remarkable rigidity and sturdy design is unparalleled, ensuring a long-life and low maintenance expenses. The machine literally needs no change of parts. With high speed, this machine has been designed to be user-friendly having single-point control access and variable frequency drives (VFDs). VFDs enable the operator to have variable speed as per the requirements of the product.

The standard version comes with 60 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) speed. However, to speed up the production rate, our company is also engaged in offering this variant with 120, 180 and 240 BPM models. Its advanced product sensor detects the product and transmits the signal to PLC, while the label sensor helps in dispensing the label by detecting the gap between 2 labels. Another advanced feature we provide to facilitate our clients is HMI colour Touchscreen Panel, where the user can feed variety of inputs for variety of products. Also, the operator can adjust the labelling speed for each variety. For instance, if a you have 6-7 different-sized products, so for each specific products you have to do some specific setting for each type of product, we have programmed our machine in such a manner that you can give a specific programme number to each type of product, say Programme No. 1, 2, 3.

Later on, you have to just select the programme number accordingly and you're ready to go! The resultant product would look attractive on the shelf. Its superior accuracy is unbeaten so far in this industry.
