Next Packaging Machinery's Automatic Auger Filling with Automatic Screw Capping Machine is an integrated packaging line made of our own manufactured 2 automatic machine.

1. Automatic Auger Filling Machine: This machine is suitable for filling fine powder like powdered masala, talcum powder, Flour (Atta), Salt, Jaggery Powder, Toner Powder, etc. in bottles, jars or containers.
- Bottles are fed on the conveyor which moves forward.
- The sensor senses the container stopping it just below the filling Nozzle with a pneumatic stopper.
- Once the container is filled with the product it moves to the next station for capping.

2. Automatic Screw Capping Machine: This Machine is for tightening screw caps on the bottles.
- The Filled containers move forward on the screw capping conveyor.
- Here 2 options are available where either a labor will place the caps on the containers while the containers are moving or a vibratory bowl is attached where the cap placement will be automatic.
- Once the containers are sensed it stops below the sealing head giving a secure and tight seal.

This kind of integrated system is suitable for large scale production without compromising the quality.
